RESIDENT HALL DAY DESK CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES                    

• Monitor the front desk of the residence hall
• Answer telephones/assist with public relations
• Provide information and assistance to students as needed
• Run campus errands
• Filing and other general office duties
• Help with activities as needed
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of all students and all student records
• Log all packages for residents
• Sort mail each day
• Attend at least one training session and all mandatory meetings
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School graduate or GED
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
• Operate fax machine
• Computer skills
• Typewriter skills

SALARY

$7.50 per hour.  Up to 19 hours per week.
