PART-TIME I.T. ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones, filing, scanning, word processing, bookkeeping, invoicing, receiving computer-related inventory
• Must be able to converse professionally with visitors and callers, plus record complete and accurate messages

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
• Proficient in operating the following office equipment:  laser printer, copy machine, fax machine, and calculator

• Good interpersonal communication and telephone skills
• Must be able to adhere to a dress code

SALARY

$7.50 per hour.  19 hours per week.
