PART-TIME FINANCIAL AID IMAGING CLERK

Main priority is to maintain student records by imaging documents as they are created and received.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Image student documents to assist in conversion to a paperless environment
• Update student data files; data entry
• Answer telephone, wait on student traffic, handle public inquiries as required
• Assistance at counter
• Assist in registration process
• Assist with general (clerical) office duties
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or equivalency
• Excellent computer/data imaging software
• One year clerical experience
• Excellent communication and public relations skills
• Must be able to manage a large volume work flow with minimum supervision
• Must be detailed oriented and highly motivated
• Learn and operate in a fast paced environment
• Handle multi-faceted tasks
• Knowledge of operating general office equipment    

SALARY

$8.00 per hour. Average hours per week are 19.
