                                      MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have working knowledge of accepted methods, materials, and procedures used in general repair of buildings and equipment
• Primary responsibilities will be painting and drywall repairs
• Must be able to perform basic electrical, plumbing repairs, light carpentry, door and roof repairs with emphasis on preventive maintenance procedures
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have two years verifiable maintenance experience in any combination of the following:  painting and dry wall repairs, general building maintenance to include carpentry, ceramic tile, plumbing, electrical, and roofing repairs
• Some heavy lifting required
• Computer knowledge helpful
• Good people skills necessary
• Good driving record

SALARY:

$1,758.83 per month. On call duty evenings and weekends, every six to seven weeks.  Excellent fringe benefits.
