DIRECTOR OF BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS

Midland College is one of three Texas community colleges authorized to offer applied baccalaureate degrees.  The College currently has a single baccalaureate degree program and is interested in developing others in response to regional need. The director’s position is responsible for oversight of the existing baccalaureate program in Organizational Management, for leading the College’s efforts to develop and implement additional degree programs and for oversight of the College’s University Center which hosts programs from other institutions.

SALARY

$50,000-$60,000 per year. Excellent fringe benefits.
