TEMPORARY FULL-TIME TRANSPORTATION TRAINER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide students with training needed to obtain a commercial Driver's License.
• Report student progress on a daily basis.
• Maintain professional teaching environment.
• Maintain proper Licenses for instructing.
• Complete daily inspection report. Inspect each truck and trailer used in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations.
• Prepare Inspection Report and provide to Lead Trainer on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe working and learning area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years experience driving OTR or Local.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License
• Ability to manage multiple taskes, attention to detail, adaptable/flexible, goal oriented, work well with others, and maintain a high level of record keeping.
• General knowledge of computers.
• Commnication skills.
• Ability to see and hear according to DOT requirements.
• Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Be in good physical condition.

SALARY

$12.00 per hour with part-time benefits available. Excellent fringe benefits
