PART-TIME SCIENCE FACULTY POOL CLERK

The assistant is to aid the Science Faculty Pool and Division office with general office duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Typing
• Reproducing and collating
• Class-related faculty needs
• Answer phones
• Distribute mail and packages
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some college preferred
• Experience with typing and general office work; phone etiquette
• Computer and office equipment literate

SALARY:

$8.00 per hour. Up to 19 hours per week.
