Sarah Glass, MA, RHIA, CCS, is the Texas State Coding Coordinator and the Asst. Director of the HIM Department responsible for remote and on-site coding at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston.  She has 20+ years in various roles in the HIM Field as a HIM director, an author, and an adjunct instructor.
