 Housing Counseling 

All of the BEDC counselors are NCHEC Certified Housing Counselors.  Our counselors can help you identify any issues that would prevent you from qualifying for a home and then help you create a workable plan to correct those issues, as well as provide education and guidance in home budgeting and homeownership readiness. 

Homebuyer Education Classes

The BEDC hosts the homebuyer education each month at the Midland College Cogdell Learning Center at 201 W. Florida Street in Midland, Texas.  Our counselor/instructors all have NCHEC certification in Pre-Purchase HomeOwnership Education.

The nexty course will be:

9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2013.
