Planning a meeting? Midland College can accommodate groups large and small. If you are planning a meeting, Midland College has facilities available in neighborhoods throughout the city including the Advanced Technology Center on Cuthbert Street and the Cogdell Learning Center on Florida Street, as well as our Main Campus on Garfield Street.

Midland College has various facilities and meeting rooms that are available for public use at the main campus and branch facilities located throughout the City of Midland. Midland College's facilities can accommodate a variety of activities, ranging from large events to small, informal meetings. Fees and rates vary depending on the facility and scope of the event. Midland College reserves the right to review each prospective use and determine whether or not that use falls within Midland College facilities and meeting room user guidelines. Use of the premises may be terminated at any time if the conduct of the group or any member of the group is disruptive to Library service, or in violation of the College’s Rules of Conduct. All activities and programs conducted in Midland College buildings are subject to the general rules and regulations of Midland College.
