In order to login to Blackboard you must first determine your student Username and Password. Please follow the instructions below. Once you've determined your username and password select the link to the right to access the Blackboard website.

Midland College Students:
User ID: 1st initial of first name + first 3 letters of last name + LAST 3 numbers of social security number. Example: JDOE789
Password: social security number,
WITH DASHES.
Example: 123-45-6789

Virtual College of Texas (VCT) Students:
(You are probably a VCT student if you registered through a college other than MC)
User ID: Type VCT- + 1st initial of first name + first 3 letters of last name + last 3 numbers of phone number (Use the phone number that you gave to the institution you registered with)
Example: VCT-JDOE789 (please note that there is a hyphen after "VCT".)
Password: phone number, WITH DASHES
Example: 012-345-6789

Important Note to Students regarding Email:
When logging in to Blackboard for the first time, please be sure that you add your email address under the area titled "Personal Information". The link will be on the lower left of your Welcome page.

Students: You will have access to your Blackboard course(s) on the first day of classes.
