The Hilton Midland Plaza is the conference site and hotel. The conference room rate is $95 per night. This rate expires on September 10, 2008, or sooner if all of the blocked rooms are booked earlier.

Taxi fare from the airport to the Hilton Midland Plaza is approximately $28 each way.  Most major car rentals are available.  If renting a car, please make arrangements in advance to insure availability.
