MIDLAND, TEXAS - The Midland College men's basketball team took a break from a tough week of practice to spend time working with young basketball enthusiasts Friday night in the Physical Education Building. The campers developed their shooting, passing and ball handling skills, at the same time there were smiles aplenty for the kids in the fun-filled environment.
The camp, which lasted 3.5 hours, also allowed the camp participants an opportunity to develop a relationship with the student-athletes.
Chap coaches, Chris Mudge (shown in the photo at left) and Jamaal Green, along with three current members of the basketball team (Caleb Dean, Rodney Milum and Kenny Moore) worked with approximately 25 youngsters.
