The Dual-Credit Enrollment Program at Midland College
CHAPS
First-time dual-credit students must provide the following at or before enrollment:
- application for admission
- documentation of test scores as listed under "Exemptions & Test Scores"
- CHAPS approval letter
- CHAPS class enrollment form
All required forms are available on campus in the Admissions office, on the Midland College website and in the office of the high school counselor.
The admission process can be completed at any time prior to enrollment, either on the Midland College website or on campus in the Admissions office.

All tuition and fees must be paid on the day of enrollment. The cost for the 2007-2008 academic year is as follows:

Dual-credit students enrolled in Interactive TV and Distance Learning (online) classes will be assessed an additional $25 fee per course. Some classes may also have an additional lab fee. Contact the Cashier's office at 432-685-4531 to inquire.
Note: A $50 late fee is assessed for approved registrations after the state-mandated Census Date.
Payment can be made in person at the Midland College Cashier’s office, by mail or through Campus Connect on the college website
(www.midland.edu).
Students may purchase textbooks, if required, from the Midland College Bookstore on campus.
