Credit by Examination
Recognizing that many students, independent of the college environment, have attained college-level proficiency in academic subjects, Midland College offers an opportunity to obtain credits by examination.
These examinations - in the subjects designated in this table - are offered to high school students by participating secondary schools in May of each year.
CLEP Subject Exams can be taken at any approved test site and sent to Midland College for consideration - in the subjects designated in this table. No course credit is awarded for CLEP general exams.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Credit
Midland College will grant a maximum of 24 semester credit hours (SCH) to any new student having an International Baccalaureate Diploma, based on this table.
