General office hours are 8:00 to 12:00 noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Student services such as transcript requests, admissions, registration, financial aid and counseling/advising are open late on Tuesday evenings until 8:00 p.m.
Automated office directory assistance and voice mail message systems are available 24 hours a day by telephone for contact after office hours. Contact (432) 685-4500.
